General Questions

Click the "Register" button on the login page and fill out the registration form with your practice information. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

We accept STL, PLY, OBJ files and DICOM CT scans (ZIP). For best results, we recommend STL files exported at high resolution from your intraoral scanner.

Note: 3Shape DCM files are not directly supported due to proprietary encryption. Please export to STL or PLY from 3Shape software before uploading.

Our lab operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Customer support is available during these hours via phone and email.

Orders & Shipping

Standard turnaround times vary by product:
  • Crown & Bridge: 5-7 business days
  • Full Arch: 10-14 business days
  • Removables: 7-10 business days
  • Surgical Guides: 3-5 business days
Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Log into your portal account and navigate to "My Cases" to view the status of all your orders. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details directly in the portal.

Yes! Gold and Diamond members receive free standard shipping on all orders. Silver members receive free shipping on orders over $500. All members can upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.

Payments & Billing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and net-30 terms for qualified accounts. You can manage your payment methods in the Settings section of your portal.

All invoices are available in your portal under the "Invoices" section. You can view, download, and print invoices at any time. Invoice notifications are also sent via email when a case is completed.
